Atlanta, GA– Landmark Restorations is working with Selig Enterprises on “The Works,” one of the largest adaptive re-use projects currently happening in the city of Atlanta. Landmark is restoring 275 steel frame windows and upgrading the glass to insulated glass units with a low-e coating.
In addition to the existing glass; Landmark Restorations will be installing approximately 5,000sq ft of new storefront. The new storefront will have a narrow sightline with true-divided muntin grid to simulate the existing historic windows.
Check out some of our footage taken while we were on site restoring steel frame windows at 1235 Chattahoochee Avenue here in Atlanta. This time lapse video shows step one: Remove the Old Glass and Glazing Putty.
