Landmark field refinished 360 wood widows with Sherwin Williams coating system; repaired architectural terra cotta accents on the building, being sure the match existing profiles; field-applied new finish and glaze to the architectural terra cotta; replaced 106 deteriorated window sash with historically accurate custom wood window sash milled to exact specifications; installed interior barrier windows to increase the energy efficiency of the historic wood windows. Restored steel factory windows and installed new insulated glass in the window frames.
