Landmark cleaned and recoated the exterior precast panels at all elevations to secure a 7-year warranty from the exterior coating manufacturer. We repaired all cracked or damaged EIFs. Then we primed all previously painted precast, applied an exterior high-performance acrylic coating, and cleaned the exterior glass.
