Adaptive Reuse
Landmark has a long-standing history of providing custom solutions for every building’s repair and renovation needs. What makes us unique is that we offer a variety of services to broad, yet distinct scopes of work. We were provided the opportunity to share our skillset when we were introduced to the adaptive reuse space. This approach to redevelopment has gained a lot of popularity in historically rich cities like Atlanta and offers a way to breathe new life into these older buildings while preserving their authenticity. Some of the projects we’ve contributed to were installing historic replica, industrial-style windows, clerestory, and storefront at The Works in the Upper Westside, stained glass at the West Hunter Baptist Church, individual glass lites at Gansevoort Market, and the new windows at 222 Mitchell Street.
